Assam SLET Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria for Assam SLET-
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- The candidates are required to pass a Post-Graduation course from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (50% marks for reserved category)in the qualifying examinations.
- There are no age limits for taking the examination
Assam SLET Application Form 2023
The following are the step by step instructions on filling Assam SLET application form-
- Visit the official website of Assam SLET and click on the apply now button from the table below
- Now, a form will appear which you have to fill with correct details followed by uploading the documents mentioned below
- After filling the application form and uploading the documents, click on the Save and next button
- Now, you’ll have to pay the application fee using challan which you have to pay by visiting the SBI Bank Branch
- Take the printout of the challan and application form also after the payment of the challan, you’ll receive a receipt from the bank which you have to keep safe

Assam SLET Selection Procedure
The selection for Assam SLET will be based on the marks scored by the candidate. A pass certificate will be provided to the candidates who have successfully passed the entrance examination, however, the examination authorities will verify your documents before issuing the pass certificate. You can use the certificate to secure a job as an Assistant Professor in the universities of North East region.
