Eligibility Criteria of CAT 2024
In order to appear for CAT 2024 examination, it is important for the candidate to fulfil the eligibility criterion which is mentioned below.
The candidates who are applying must have a bachelor’s degree with 50% of aggregate marks from any recognized university.
The candidates from SC/ ST category who are applying must have a bachelor’s degree with 45% of aggregate marks from any recognized university.
Candidates from their final year or final exam of the bachelor’s degree can also apply to the examination of CAT 2024 but their admission would be conditional and shall be cancelled if it leads to non-fulfilment of any of the above-stated eligibility criteria.

Registration of CAT 2024 Examination:
An applicant must have scanned copies of caste and candidate details certificates in appropriate legal formats with visible legal attestations, bachelor and master’s degree marks certificates, and provisional certificates if any, as well as scanned photograph and signature images, in order to register for the CAT Exam 2024. The photograph pf the candidate which he will be using must have a white background and be no more than 6 months old.
Application Form for CAT 2024:
From July 2024, an advertisement inviting qualified candidates to enrol for the application form shall be out. The registration process will begin in August 2024.

The CAT 2024 answer key would be available on www.iimcat.ac.in in December 2024.
