Nursing, B.Pharma, G.N.M, A.N.M, BPT, BMLT, BRIT, B.Optom, D.O.T, D.Optom, D.P.T, D.D.T, D.C.T Scan, D.C.T, D.B.T, D.E.T.C.T, DMRI, etc. For getting admission, the candidates must clear the entrance examination and score marks in accordance with the course that he/she wants to pursue. CPNET Application Form 2023
The following are the step by step instructions on CPNET Application form filling-
- Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Science by following this link- https://www.upums.ac.in/
- Now, navigate to the course tab and click on the course you want to pursue i.e. Diploma or UG course
- After clicking on the desired course, a new page will appear. Now, click on the apply button
- Now, you have to get yourself registered on the website using your email ID and password
- After registration is complete, login to your account using your login credentials
- Now, a form will appear which you have to fill with correct details followed by uploading the documents mentioned below
- After uploading the documents, you have to make the payment of the application form using a credit card or debit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.
- Make sure to take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future use

- Scanned passport size colored photograph of the candidates
- Scanned signature and left-hand thumb impression
- Class 12th and 10th passing certificate/ Marksheet
- Any Photo Identity like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, etc.

CPNET Admit Card 2023

CPNET Counseling 2023
Counseling is an event where the candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance examination are commenced and offered admission into the university. For participating in the counseling event the candidate must have passed the entrance examination and once the examination is cleared, you’ll have to visit the venue with all the documents mentioned below for verification and after verification, your seat will be confirmed in the university.
