IGNTU 2023 Application Form

The IGNTU form filling can be done by following these steps-

  • Visit the official website of IGNTU- http://www.igntu.ac.in/admission.aspx and click on the apply button
  • After pressing the apply button, you will get an application form that you have to fill with the correct details
  • Now, after filling the application form you have to upload a passport size photograph along with the digital image of your signature
  • After that, you have to proceed further with the payment for the form
  • Once you are done with payment, you can download the application form along with the payment receipt.
  • Download both these document and keep them for further use

IGNTU 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The following are the minimum eligibility criteria to participate in the entrance exam-

For UG Courses

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board with a  minimum of 50% and 45% marks for  SC/ST/PWD/Kashmiri Migrant/ Transgender

For PG Courses

  • Candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized university and a minimum of 50% and 45% for SC/ST/PWD/Kashmiri migrant/Transgender candidates

For PhD Programme

  • The candidate must have a Master’s degree from a recognized Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 50% and for reserved category with 45% marks

Examination Pattern

The following pattern for the IGNTU Bachelor of Education examination is as follows-

For all PG Courses except B.Ed

The entrance exam will comprise of two parts as follows:

Admit Card

The admit card can be download from the official website of IGNTU. The admit card release date will be a week or two before the examination date. Candidates are requested to follow all the guidelines mentioned on the admit card to avoid any issues. The candidate who does not follow the guidelines mentioned on the admit card could be removed from giving the exam.

Result

The result of the entrance examination will be released within a month or two after the examination is conducted. The result will be available to the candidates online and can be seen by logging into your result using registration number and date of birth.

Counselling

A counseling session will be organized for the candidates who have qualified for the entrance examination. Based on the merit list, the candidates will be offered different colleges to choose from. You can choose the colleges based on your liking, fees, location, etc. when appearing for the counseling session of a particular college, the candidate must provide relevant documents in original as well as a printout. The following are the list of documents that are required during the counseling session-

  • 10th Mark Sheet and Certificate
  • Category Certificate if applicable
  • Character Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Any other document as per the instructions
