The position of LIC AAO is extremely profitable, and the test is quite competitive. Candidates should make a thorough plan for the LIC AAO test in order to improve their scores. Candidates should be aware that because this is an objective test, the only way to improve is to practise. The current events and general knowledge part of the exam may make or break the exam. Practice and shortcuts can improve reasoning and numeric ability, but there is no such thing as a shortcut for general knowledge and current events.
How to prepare Reasoning for the LIC AAO Exam?
Applicants should grasp the fundamental principles behind the reasoning subjects and practise as much as they can. Practising with a variety of resources, including memory-based question papers from other examinations, answering previous year LIC AAO exam papers in a timed way, and taking online mock test papers. Applicants can benefit greatly from online practise exams. For reasoning, applicants should use classic literature that provide effective shortcuts. Students should practise using shortcuts in order to use them correctly throughout the test.
How to prepare Quantitative Aptitude for the LIC AAO Exam?
Up to the matriculation level, quantitative aptitude is fundamental mathematics. The majority of the candidates studied mathematics until they were in their senior year of high school. Candidates must master the arithmetic tables till they reach the age of 30 in order to use them in the questions. In the questions, you can use a variety of shortcuts. These shortcuts save time and are necessary for choosing. Quantitative problems are time-consuming, so you’ll need to practise using shortcuts to save time.
Until the number 100, the applicant should also know the squares, cubes, square roots, and cube roots. This will give them a leg up on the competition. Data interpretation is a time-consuming portion of the exam, and candidates should prepare for it beforehand.
How to prepare General Knowledge and Current Affairs for the LIC AAO Exam?
The most essential component is General Knowledge and Current Affairs for two reasons. It saves time and can greatly improve the applicants’ scores. Candidates can save time and enhance their score if they prepare the GK and Current Affairs sections in advance. Most candidates may increase their speed and accuracy by practising, but GK and current affairs cannot be improved by practising; they must be taught.
Candidates should use standard books and NCERTs and read as quickly as possible during the initial readings. The candidate should approach the GK topics as if they were a narrative with facts. Factual data is asked in objective style questions, and candidates should review the facts several times to gain a firm grasp on them.
The current affairs syllabus is always evolving, and candidates should keep current affairs notes on a regular basis. Candidates should study current events of national relevance from the previous six months prior to the test.
The English part of the LIC AAO is only for qualifying applicants, and they must obtain the qualifying marks. They can use the link below to prepare for the LIC AAO English.
