Eligibility Criteria for NEET UG
The following are the eligibility criteria for the NEET UG entrance examination-
- The candidate must be a citizen of India to compete in Seats for Indian Nationals. In some medical colleges, applications for foreign nationals are also accepted
- The age of the candidates must be between the age of 17 years to 25 years (5% relaxation for reserved category candidates)
- The candidates must have passed class 12th from a recognized board in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
- Candidates participating in the final year qualifying examination can also participate in the entrance examination.
How to Apply for NEET-UG Examination 2023?
You can follow these step by step instructions on how to apply for the NEET-UG examination-
- Visit the official website of NEET UG registration and click on the “New Registration button”
- Now, get yourself registered using your email ID and password
- After registration, an application reference ID will be generated which is your user name. using these login details, login to your account
- Now, an application form will appear which you’ll have to fill with correct details like name, address, education qualification, father’s name, etc.
- After filling out the form, you’ll have to upload the documents mentioned below and click on the pay button
- After clicking on the pay button, you’ll be redirected to the payments page where you can use your debit card/credit card, Net Banking, UPI, etc. to pay the application fee
- After fee payment, make sure to take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future use
