SSC CGL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level which is an entrance exam organized by SSC to recruit candidates for various jobs in the central government. SSC CGL 2023 Application Form
The following are the step by step examination form filling process for SSC CGL-
- Visit the official website of SSC by following this link https://ssc.nic.in/
- Now, click on the Apply button followed by selecting the CGL and SSC CGL 2023 application form
- After clicking on the apply button, you’ll be prompted to register using your email id
- After registration is complete, login to your account using your login credentials
- After logging in, click on the SSC CGL 2023 application form button, an application form will appear which you have to fill with correct details
- After filling the form, click on the Next button
- Now, upload all the documents mentioned below in the relevant fields followed by clicking on the Next button
- After uploading the documents, you’ll have to pay the application fee using a credit/debit card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.

Tier-IV Data Entry Skill Test (DEST)/Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
Tier-IV is a computer-based test in which the candidate has to take a skill test depending on the candidate’s selection. It is divided into two parts-
DEST- In this test, the candidate has to go through a computer typing test where he/she has to type 2000 words of content within 15 minutes on a computer
CPT- Computer Proficiency Test is a test where the candidate’s proficiency with the computer will be tested for handling spreadsheet, MS doc, etc.
