Different Post Recruited by the CMS examination

The following are different posts that a medical officer will be posted after cracking the examination-

  • Category I: Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Services 
  • Category II: Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways
  • Category II: General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council
  • Category II: General Duty Medical Gr.-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation

UPSE CMS Eligibility Criteria

The following are the eligibility criteria for UPSE CMS entrance examination-

  • The candidate must be a citizen of India or Bhutan, Nepal, and a Tibetan Refugee who came before 1962 can apply for the examination. Also, Indian Origin migrants from countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and Myanmar, etc can apply
  • The candidate must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized University
  • The maximum age limit for participating in the entrance examination is 32 years. However, there are some exemption provided by the government to the reserved category candidates, which is as follows-

 UPSE CMS Application Form 2023

The following are the application form for UPSE CMS entrance examination-

  • Visit the official website of UPSE and navigate to the Examination tab followed by clicking on the Active Examination button
  • Now, you’ll see all the active examinations that you can participate in, here, find CMS examination 2023 link and click on it
  • After clicking on the link, you’ll be redirected to the Combined medical Services examination page where you can find all the data and application link
  • Now, click on the apply button
  • After clicking on the apply button, you’ll have to get yourself registered using your email Id password, etc
  • After registration is complete, log in to your account using your login credentials
  • After logging in, you’ll find the application form which you have to fill correctly
  • After filling in the application form, you’ll have to upload the documents mentioned below followed by paying the application fee (if applicable)
  • After paying the application fee, make sure you take a printout of the application fee and payment receipt for future use
